Garescape Landscaping Company (“Garescape,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information used through our website and Garescape CRM.

  1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information voluntarily provided by customers and prospective customers, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Project or service address
• Landscaping service requested
• Project descriptions, estimates, communications, and related business information

We do not request or store Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, routing numbers, credit card numbers, or similar sensitive financial credentials in Garescape CRM.

  1. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use collected information to:

• Respond to requests for landscaping services
• Prepare and send estimates and project documents
• Schedule appointments and landscaping projects
• Communicate with customers
• Maintain business, project, and payment records
• Improve our services, website, and marketing performance

  1. GOOGLE AND GMAIL USER DATA

Garescape CRM may connect to the Gmail API after authorization by the owner of the Garescape Gmail account.

The application requests only the Gmail permission necessary to send email on behalf of the authorized account.

Garescape CRM uses this permission to send customer-approved business communications, including landscaping estimates and PDF attachments.

Garescape CRM does not use Gmail authorization to:

• Read inbox messages
• Review email history
• Delete emails
• Access contacts
• Sell Google user data
• Use Google user data for advertising

Gmail authorization credentials are used only to maintain the approved sending connection. Access may be revoked at any time through the Google Account security settings.

Garescape’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  1. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We do not sell personal information or Google user data.

Information may be processed by trusted service providers only as necessary to operate our website, CRM, cloud database, document generation, and email-delivery functions. These providers are permitted to use information only to provide the requested services and protect the system.

We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect our customers, business, property, or legal rights.

  1. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Access to Garescape CRM is restricted to authorized users.

No internet or electronic-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

  1. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Customer and project information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business, contractual, accounting, warranty, and legal purposes.

Google authorization data is retained only while the Gmail connection remains active or as necessary to provide the authorized email-sending function.

To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to request removal of the Gmail connection, contact us at garescape@gmail.com.

  1. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California residents may request information about the personal information maintained about them and may request correction or deletion when applicable. Garescape does not sell personal information.

  1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our services are intended for property owners and customers seeking landscaping services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

  1. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The revised effective date will appear at the top of this page.
