Retaining Wall and Paver Patio Built for Structure and Style

We built out the retaining wall first using large-format block, stacked clean and level along the full perimeter. From there, we laid out the paver field across the entire patio floor. Large-format stone pavers in a staggered pattern give the space a modern, polished feel without looking overdone. The natural tones in the pavers pick up the warmth of the surrounding trees and wood fence, so it fits the yard instead of fighting it. Every course is tight, flat, and set to last.
